Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the real estate industry, with proven ability to manage social media pages, develop content strategies, and monitor competitor activities to ensure brand differentiation and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all company social media channels (Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).

Manage daily posting, stories, and audience interaction in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, offers, and brand voice.

Monitor and analyze competitor social media activities and trends to identify opportunities and threats.

Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.

Coordinate with designers and photographers for content production.

Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes and best practices.

Support paid advertising efforts by preparing creatives and assisting in campaign management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in social media management (preferably in real estate or related sectors).

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content tools.

Basic understanding of analytics (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.).

Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English).

Ability to work independently and under deadlines.

Creative mindset with attention to visual and written details.
Preferred:
